Try it on at home and if there are any problems please email the studio Please make sure your account is current (tuition, costumes) so your dancer can receive his/her costume and be allowed to perform in recital.

RECITAL PICTURES: New this year, we will only be taking individual and/or buddy photos this year. Pictures will be taken at the studio Sunday June 9th. Enclosed is the time schedule. Please come READY with costume and have hair & make-up done.

RECITAL TANKS: Each year we have a souvenir designer tank w/the recital theme on it. Order yours now! Deadline to ensure correct size and availabilty is May 9th, cost is $35.

DRESS REHEARSAL: Will be held at the Mesa Arts Center Thursday June 13th & Friday June 14th. Time schedule is enclosed.

RECITAL: Friday June 14th 6:00pm & SATURDAY JUNE 15th 11:00, 1:00, 4:00 & 7:00pm.  Please double check your child’s performance time on the bulletin board by the front desk.

SPECIAL NOTES & REMINDER: During the Dress Rehearsal & Recital we have plenty of helpers that will monitor, entertain and change your child if needed. No parents and extra siblings will be allowed in the dressing rooms or backstage, it’s also very hard and chaotic with strollers and small siblings in the dressing room while dancers are being dropped off & picked up. If at all possible, try to have one parent drop your child off and same with the pick-up. For the recital only, all dancers will remain backstage thru the entire performance (it’s only an hour and 15 min.) and will come out for a final bow at the end of the show. Moms and Dads, relax and enjoy the show! Dress rehearsal, you may pick up your dancer immediately following their performance and are free to go.

VIDEO TAPING: please no video-taping during the recital performances; you may video at dress rehearsal only. We are having a professional video company record all performances.  Keepsake copies of the show can be ordered at a reasonable time

MULTIPLE COSTUME CHANGES: some dancers have more than one routine.  Don’t worry there are backstage helpers to help them change into their Next costume. Please realize we cannot have every child’s parent leave in the Middle of the show to run back and change their child. We do need your help in keeping things organized so that shoes and costume pieces are not lost. It’s best if you keep your costumes and shoes in an extra large zip lock bag Labeled with your child’s name and song title on it and then placed in a small Roller suitcase. Duffle bags are hard to get in and out of quickly, costumes on hangers slip off etc. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask, it may seem overwhelming, but it runs very quick and smooth with everyone’s cooperation. Good luck to everyone! This is such a fun and rewarding experience…invite lots of friends and family, it’s the best show in town!
