teisha-headshot-danceconnection Teisha Metz has been teaching at the Dance Connection for twelve years. Born and raised in Arizona she began dancing at the age of three. Teisha was a part of Dance Connection’s competitive company. Along with training at Dance Connection she attended Arizona School for the Arts where she studied Ballet and Modern at the School of Ballet Arizona. Upon graduation she received the Katherine K. Herberger scholarship to Arizona State University where she continued her ballet and modern training.
